When a homeowner decides to list their home for sale, I can help.  It can be quite overwhelming for homeowners with the lists of tasks they need to accomplish before the final sale.  From clutter removal at the beginning, to cleaning the vacant home before the final walk through, I can be there for any step you need along the way.

I specialize in vacant homes and rental properties, cleaning before and after purchase.  I offer quick turnaround service.  When you have moved out of your home and need it cleaned quickly, I am the person for you.

My cleaning services are based on your needs.  My home cleaning services include:

  • Vacant home cleaning and maintenance prior to closing
  • Move-in cleaning of new home
  • Tenant move-in and move-out cleaning

Who provides cleaning products?

All products, equipment, and supplies are provided but I am more than happy to use yours if you prefer.

Are you insured?

Yes.  My insurance company will send proof of my general liability insurance upon request.  

What locations do you service?

I serve the North Hills of Pittsburgh including Pine, Wexford, Richland, Franklin Park, Gibsonia, McCandless, Mars, and Cranberry.  I also serve West Hills and Pittsburgh.  I do travel to other areas for an fee.
